How can we help?

Three explanations cover nearly every case, in order of likelihood:

• You were offline. Rounds played without a connection are queued on your device and paid when the game is next online. An egg icon in the purse strip shows rewards waiting to be claimed. Open the game with a connection and give it a moment.
• You hit the daily cap. Earnings are capped per day, and the game tells you when you are close. The farm restocks at midnight UTC.
• You were signed out. Rewards only accrue to an account. Check the intro screen shows your name and not a sign in button.

Gems come from bullseyes and from nowhere else, so first check the result card actually said Bullseye rather than Right there. If it did, the gem is subject to the same offline queue and daily gem cap as coins, so reconnect and check the purse again. The gem cap resets at midnight UTC.

Check the device actually has a Google account signed in at the system level, then try again. If the game says the sign in was cancelled, that is usually the account picker being dismissed. A restart of the app clears most one off failures. Sign in needs a connection, so airplane mode will fail quietly.

Make sure you are signed into your Apple account in the device settings and that the date and time on the device are automatic. Apple sign in tokens are time sensitive, and a device clock that drifts far enough will fail verification on our side.

When the game cannot reach the server it deliberately keeps showing the last balance it knew rather than an alarming zero. The number catches up the moment a refresh succeeds. If it seems stuck for a long time while online, restart the app.

One sign in method makes one account, so those are two purses, and we cannot merge them. There is nothing honest for us to join them on, especially when Apple's Hide My Email is involved, which is designed to match nothing anywhere else. Pick the account you prefer and use the same door everywhere.

The engine watches its own frame rate and steps down a quality tier when a device struggles, so a rough first minute often smooths itself out. Beyond that: close other apps, and restart the game so it can pick the right tier from a cold start. Backgrounding the game stops rendering entirely, so it will never burn battery in your pocket.

Check the in game mute first, then the device's silent switch and media volume. Every sound in the game is synthesised live, so if you can hear one thing you can hear everything, and the fix is never a reinstall.

Open the account sheet from the intro screen and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and total: the account, the wallet and the reward ledger are all removed, as described on the privacy page. There is no way to undo it, and coins and gems do not survive it.

No. The yard, the hen and the scoring all run on your device. A connection is only used when a signed in player's rewards are claimed or their balance is refreshed. Without an account the game makes no network requests at all.
